we started rfconnects while still in school. connor, rylan, cj, and kobe — all driven by curiosity
and a shared obsession with how attention, marketing, and growth actually work.
our early days were rooted in the influencer space, connecting creators with brands like
CyberGhost VPN, Skillshare, and Plaud AI.
that early traction showed us what was possible — and that we could create real outcomes.
the build
while we were still brokering brand deals, we started exploring paid ads, creative strategy, and funnels.
we saw local businesses getting left behind — not because they were bad, but because their marketing had
no system behind it.
so we tested, broke things, rebuilt them, and slowly shaped a repeatable process built around
performance and measurable results.
the now
today, we build growth systems for hvac and other home service businesses —
centered around meta ads, conversion-focused funnels, and
tracking you can trust.
we move fast, we communicate tight, and we let the numbers make the decisions.

connor boam
co-founder + chief client officer
what’s up, i’m connor. i work across service delivery and client relations, making sure communication stays tight and execution stays clean. i’m involved in outreach, creatives, and website optimization, and i help support the systems and pages our campaigns run through. i work closely with cj on delivery and performance, focusing on keeping clients aligned, projects moving, and details handled. outside of work, i’m into cars, music, and animals. i’m driven by helping people grow and being part of a team that actually believes in what we’re building — and puts in the work to back it up.
rylan fagan
co-founder + head of business operations & strategy
i’m rylan, head of business operations and strategy at rfconnects. before rfconnects, i spent time learning the influencer space and working on sponsorships, which helped shape the initial direction of the business. as the opportunity grew, it became clear that scaling it properly would take a strong team. that’s when cj, connor, and kobe joined, and together we built the systems, structure, and execution that rfconnects operates on today. now, i focus on business operations and strategy — helping guide direction, align decisions, and support the team as we continue to grow.

i focus on driving growth at rfc by building outreach systems, leading our social media, creating demand, and turning interest into real opportunities for the business. i think in terms of performance and what helps us scale. i step in wherever growth needs support, whether that’s strategy, campaigns, analytics, website, or socials. i went all in on rfc to build something meaningful with my team and create freedom together. i keep things simple. i love music, basketball, wingstop, and enjoying life. building with people i trust and watching everyone grow is what motivates me every day.
cj manalo

i lead service delivery and performance for our clients at rfconnects. i’m hands-on across paid acquisition, campaign strategy, and the backend systems that support results: tracking, funnels, and automations that turn demand into booked jobs. my focus is making sure what we run actually works for clients in the real world, not just inside ad dashboards. i’m deeply involved in numbers, execution, and delivery. if something underperforms, breaks, or needs to be rebuilt, it runs through me. outside of work, i love traveling, cars, and music — i have versatile taste — and i’m big on enjoying life while building something meaningful with my team and long-term partners.
