i’m rylan, head of operations and strategy. i started rfconnects in the influencer and sponsorship world, and when it was clear scaling it right needed a real team, cj and kobe came on. now i guide our direction, align decisions, and keep the team moving as we grow.
jakobe powell
co-founder, head of growth
i run growth at rfc, building our outreach, leading social, creating demand, and turning interest into real opportunities. i jump in wherever growth needs it: strategy, campaigns, analytics, sites, socials. i keep things simple. music, basketball, wingstop, and building with people i trust is what motivates me every day.

i lead delivery and performance for our clients, hands-on across paid ads, strategy, and the tracking, funnels, and automations that turn demand into booked jobs. my focus is making it work in the real world, not just in ad dashboards. if something underperforms or breaks, it runs through me. outside work: traveling, cars, and music, while building something that lasts with my team.
